GANTRY 5A is a 5-axes machining center engineered to process big-sized elements s.a. wooden, walls, wooden beams and different coverings (made out of solid wood, laminate, plywood, and composite elements).

The wide section working area allows to execute different working operations on 5 sides of pieces of any shape and size, thus avoiding any handlings by the operator: through holes, carving, milling, cutting, shaping, holes on doors and windows etc. The operating head features two rotating axes (A and C axis) controlled by NC, which allow the unit to reach all the possible inclinations in the area. The fixed table is divided into working areas in order to enable the operator to load and unload pieces with a no-stop cycle. On request, the pieces can be fixed through a vacuum system, blower pumps and/or special customized clamps. On request, it is possible to mount special waste removal devices complete with suction cups, under the crossbar of X axis. The total accessibility of the machine and its structure also allow the loading of particularly heavy and bulky elements by crane.
