SPLIT is a 3-axis NC-maching center special for the cutting of plywood bent elements. Split is equipped with a special cutting system engineered by Greda, that allows the cutting of bent elements different in shape and size.The clamping system features vertical and horizontal fixing supports equipped with special easy-to-adjust clamps in order to make easier the positioning and fixing of the bent pieces. A powerful cutting motor enables multiple cuttings, even with 3 saw-blades: thus increasing the productivity without affecting the cutting quality of the parts. The two working areas can be unified in order to cut long pieces. SPLIT is standard equipped with a programming software complete with 3D simulator. On request, SPLIT can be equipped with a bi-rotative 5-axis operating head to allow the end-cutting, as well.
